News to Know 06/03

Good evening Tabb families. This is Mrs. Welch with our last message of the school year.

It is hard to believe we are in our last week of school. It has been an amazing year and the students have showed their GRIT all year long. For those students and families moving away, we wish you much success. We know you are going to ROAR wherever you go!

Friday is an early release day and we will dismiss at 12:45. Lunches will be served on Friday. If you have an outstanding meal balance, please pay that by Friday. Also, library books are due. Check with your student to make sure they have turned in their books. Mrs. Maddox printed off and sent home notices for any books checked out to your student.

Tomorrow night is the 4th grade Student Led Conferences. Our fourth graders are excited to share all their work with their families.

On Thursday, third and fourth graders will turn in their devices. Please make sure the device is at school with the charging cord.

Wednesday and Thursday is our fifth graders will participate in their culminating celebration. Each class has a designated date and time. Reach out to your child's fifth grade teacher if you have any questions.

Yearbooks were delivered to the school today and will be distributed to students tomorrow. We have about 50 year books available for sale. They are being sold for $30 each. If you would like for your student to have one, please send in exact change or a check for $30. Please clearly mark the purpose of the money so teachers will know to send them to the office to purchase one.

PTA will hold their last spirit night at MOD Pizza in Hampton on Thursday, June 6th. This event is an all day event. You can order to go or dine in. Be sure to tell them you are with the Tabb PTA spirit night so we will get a portion of the proceeds.
