Goal 1

The pass rate for SWD will increase 3 percentage points to close the gap between ALL students’ pass rate and SWD while maintaining the SY24 pass rate in reading. 

Goal 2

The pass rate for SWD will increase by 3 percentage points to close the gap between ALL students’ pass rate and SWD while maintaining the SY24 pass rate in math. 

Goal 3

End of year VALLS scores will decrease the number of students identified in the high-risk band in grades K-2 from fall risk-band scores   

Goal 4

Behavioral increases across the school in multiple grade levels have created learning environments that impede the learning of the students in the classroom. The redesigned PBIS system will provide teachers with tools and strategies to use to decrease classroom disruption which will decrease discipline referrals by ___% points.
